NAPALM DEATH In Latin America; Video Available

October 20, 2007

NAPALM DEATH bassist Shane Embury has issued the following update:

"Halfway through our Latin American tour and things have been going great!

"We have been meeting some amazing people on this tour. All the people who have made the shows as good and smooth as can be. Max, our promoter down here in Latin America, has been doing a killer job also (I have worked with him a few times on previous BRUJERIA tours) and the fans have been really killer and enthusiastic. It's made all the early morning flights and insane schedules worth it, for sure.

"So we are looking forward to Santiago tommorow (home to the mighty PENTAGRAM),and well, Argentina is coming up after that, and a lot of old friends to see as well as Brasil after that, and yet more old friends. I wonder if the KRISIUN boys are in town."

An audio interview with Shane Embury conducted on September 1, 2007 by Burhanudin Bin Buang (a.k.a. Brader Bo),host of "Vicious Volume", the only metal radio show in Singapore (airing on RIA 89.7FM),is available for download at this location.

NAPALM DEATH guitarist Mitch Harris was recently interviewed by Andrew Haug of Triple J's "Full Metal Racket" (based in Australia). Download the 14-minute interview in MP3 format at this location (6 MB).

NAPALM DEATH is continuing to tour in support of "Smear Campaign", the band's highly acclaimed new album. The disc, produced once again with Russ Russel, is an uncompromising, ferocious assault that continues to address serious social issues that plague today's society.
